Assistant Estimator
Seeking a knowledgeable and detail-orientated Assistant Estimator to review and translate architectural drawings and project specs into scope of work and bid proposals.
Responsibilities:
· Read and comprehend architectural drawings and project specifications
· Obtain product pricing
· Meet and maintain bidding schedules
· Produce project takeoffs
· Assist with estimates and project scope
Requirements:
· Some estimating experience, preferably in commercial flooring
· Fluent in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
· Knowledge of Callidus software preferred
· Experience with on screen take off systems
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work closely with others
